How often do I need treatment?
Usually the first several sessions focus on “detox” treatments.
This is similar to clearing the dust from the picture or the tv screen.
Everyone is different and the circumstances and life experiences leading to seeking treatment determine the protocal and goals long term.
Most often, people need weekly support while moving through the detox phase and this could be anywhere from 4-6 weeks. We will decide together what is right for you.
